Improved ‘bound group’ stitch generation

Branching.png

Click Arrange > Branching to automatically sequence and group like embroidery objects.

The Branching feature lets you digitize like objects – e.g. the fingers of a hand, sections of a custom letter – without having to think about the most efficient stitching sequence and joins. Apply Branching to join touching or overlapping objects to form a single ‘branched object’. With the release of EmbroideryStudio 2025, the ‘bound group’ technology underlying Branching, Lettering, and Auto-Digitizing features has been greatly improved and many issues resolved. Here is a short list of improvements...

3Travel runs no longer appearing on top of cover stitching

3Incorrect stitching certain letters in embroidery alphabets

3Improved stability of double spiral generation method

3No more breaks in cover of E-Stitch when branching

3Zigzag stitches for branched objects generated correctly

3No gaps in satin stitching

3More efficient travel runs

3Layering of embroidery objects preserved after branching

3Stitching preserved when branching objects with Florentine effects

3Branched Input B objects preserved after stitch regeneration
