Intermittent freezing

With Wilcom EmbroideryStudio Digital Edition, some users are experiencing intermittent software freezes every 20 minutes or so. The problem has been rectified with the current update.

Internet blocking

Similarly, some users are experiencing intermittent blocking of their Internet connection. It appears that this issue is caused by Intel® Killer™ WiFi adaptor drivers. Users are advised to uninstall the Intel® Killer™ Performance Suite according to Intel’s recommendations. See this article.

Running Digital Edition on MAC with Parallels

Problems have been reported when attempting to run Wilcom EmbroideryStudio on MAC with Parallels. The software is not able to load correctly. The problem has been rectified with the current update.
